TreeCasa’s Guest Chef Series takes the farm-to-table movement to another level: by bringing masters of international cuisines from all over to conduct symphonies of flavors with fresh inspiration from our organic garden, orchard, food forests and seasonal harvests from land and sea. Adventurous eaters can embark on these unforgettable food journeys in our special dinner series.
Guests can expect food styles as varied as the talented chefs who come to share their food passion. From plant cuisine gurus to award-winning BBQ champs, soul food mamas to pop-up ramen top chefs.
The series was officially launched with San Francisco, CA chefs and restauranteurs Alana Eckhart and Deborah Blum who put on a tour-de-force display of plant-based cooking, delivering an unforgettable dining experience and a demonstration of how amazing vegan cuisine can be in the right hands. Their passion for cooking and animal welfare shines through and drives their work running Goatlandia, a farm animal sanctuary in Northern California where they also promote healthy plant-based eating.
