TreeCasa’s Guest Chef Series takes the farm-to-table movement to another level: bringing talented chefs from all over, masters of international cuisines to conduct a symphony of flavors with vibrant inspiration from our organic garden and tropical food forests, as well as sustainable local harvests from land and sea.

Take us on a food journey, from where you’ve been through TreeCasa’s organic garden, orchard and food forests, to the edge of Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. Bring your unique cooking style and talent to transform foods like dragonfruit, cashews, sugarcane, yerba buena, plantains and more, into extraordinary farm-to-table dining experience. Transport eaters to exotic new landscapes or immerse us more deeply in a sense of place through inspired meals using local ingredients. GUEST CHEF EXPERIENCE
As a TreeCasa Guest Chef you’ll create an inspired farm-to-table menu. Bring your creation to life through a special dinner series and hands-on workshops. Share your food knowledge with guests and resident chefs. Leave behind a special recipe and train kitchen staff on how to prepare it well. We’d love to feature your dish on our menu and share how your food perspective shaped Nicaragua’s growing farm-to-table movement.

Alana, formerly of the French Laundry, and Deb, owner of Berretta SF and other top San Francisco restaurants, are masters at their craft and passionate promoters of plant based eating.
